Grilled meatloaf burgers (not a big hit here), spiced up leftover saffron rice, and green beans. Unsweetened iced tea to drink. Strawberries with whipped cream and Nutella for dessert.
My brother gave me a freshly caught 12 pound Chinook salmon which I have stuffed with bread cubes, lemon slices, grated carrots and herbs. I've wrapped it in foil and will put it on the grill very shortly.
Neighbors are coming for dinner and will be bringing a few side dishes
Dessert will be a blackberry tart I made this morning.

Tonight is the 30th of the month, so it is 30 cent night at our social club. Selected bar drinks are 30 cents, as are selected sandwiches, fries, sides, etc. Last month was ham BBQ, chili dogs, and french fries. Drinks were Black Velvet Canadian Whiskey and vodka shots (as well as draft beer and canned soda) for 30 cents. Youngest daughter, DH, and I had drinks, sandwiches, and fries for less than $9.00 total
