Pasta Bolognese. It took quite a bit longer than I thought it would, and no one even wanted the salad by the time food hit the table. It was very good!
French dip sandwiches with left over tenderloin, and cold slaw. I really wanted to make potato salad, but the carbs are something I am eating as few of as possible and with the sandwiches, I certainly didn't think we needed potato salad. I might do a few French fries for spoiled brat.
I'm thinking seared scallops, but it could still change by dinner time. I might try wrapping them in bacon and broiling them for a change. Parsley potatoes and a green veg.
It is homemade pizza night tonight..pepperoni for the younger ones and for us old fogies vegetable pizza. With it garlic bread,a cucumber salad,beer,lemon water.For dessert an apple crumble pie and a cup of tea/coffee
