Funny, you say it is quite warm there today: we were in Canada exactly a year ago for a week, it might have been a week later than now and the weather was brisk most of the time with rain 3 or the 7 days we were there: lots of rain.

I just finished making mine for our football party: we will be leaving in about 15 minutes. I love to make them, from scratch; they are so yummy, but you know if you are tired, the ones at Buffalo Wild wings and a few other wing places are a heck of a lot easier..

A non-fat blueberry Greek yogurt, 3 toasted slices of whole wheat bread with strawberry spread and a mug of black tea with a teaspoon of sugar & a bit of skim milk.
