Tonight is cod boiled in sugar water then brushed with butter and paprika and broiled, rice pilaf and a garden salad.

I don't eat beef anymore, but I love Caribbean cooking. Stewed oxtails....absolutely delicious!

Nope. They have it. Scallops, clams, mussels, shrimp, with linguini. Awesome! Thank you for the well wishes.
