Soup again for me is that is all I can handle. Bean with bacon, tea with honey. DS is having manicotti a la vodka, which if I had a sense of smell today would smell amazing.

I am in a seafood mood after all the meat I ate at dinner last night:

Cioppino, crusty Italian bread to soak up the sauce, garden salad and the rest of the raspberry tarts with whipped cream for dessert. Hopefully, hubby will bring home a decent wine for our meal.

Eggplant parm..the gravy was made yesterday and I did the rest after work today. Got home early and did the work; skinning, slicing, frying the eggplant and then layering and baking.. My favorite dish and eating now. happy eats folks!

Made a Greek burrito with the leftover lamb from a few nights ago, a rice-chickpea-sesame mix, chopped kalamata olives, chopped hot banana peppers, tzatziki, lettuce and feta cheese wrapped up in a big flour tortilla. Very tasty!
