Homemade mufaletta sandwich---based on our trip to New Orleans a few years ago, cole slaw (with my secret ingredient, horseradish) and chips. Blueberry pie for dessert.

Tried (yet another) recipe for low carb pizza. It has all the ingredients, all the flavors, but the crust is....just not pizza crust. It was good, just not what I wanted. I'm gonna tweak it a little and maybe overcook the crust so it's more pizza-like. We'll see. Sigh.

I am about to take a piece of salmon out of the freezer. We will have squash and green salad as well, plus maybe rice for spoiled brat. I have to get back to the low carb: wasn't a very good girl the past few days; football parties make it pretty hard to do low or no carb eating. Not to mention when your team makes a supper play it is wine time and when they give up a touchdown, it is crying in your wine time.
