I made a big pot of lentil soup and with it we will have naan,yogurt,lassi/water and a plate with onion,cucumber and tomato slices. For dessert rice pudding with cinnamon and roasted almonds and a cup of Masala tea.

Shrimp stir fry, with snow peas, onions, carrots and lots of shrimp. I will make a small salad as well. We love our salad. Oh and of course I will make rice to go along with the stir fry.
egg omelet for hubby with potatoes, onions and cheese and a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with butter. Perdue breaded chicken tenders for me. I am not feeling well, neck and back are stiff.
