Leftover roasted 'Greek' chicken thighs with roasted potatoes/sweet potatoes and homemade pasta salad (mini penne pasta, sweet cherry tomatoes, spring onions, Vidalia onions, cucumber, gala apple, and Good Season Italian dressing)...mmm, delish!

Last night we had turtle soup and a chicken dish from Table 28 delivered to our hotel room. Tonight we are eating leftovers from Little Greek, a Wendy's Jr. Cheeseburger. and Wendy's chili. I am tired of going out to eat and want to eat at our new home after some magical fairy godmother unpacks all of my stuff (when it finally gets here).

Tonight we slow braised a couple salmon fillets with lemon and dill butter. It came out so nice and moist and tangy! Steamed lemon and butter broccoli on the side along with a tiny baked potato with sour cream. It was heaven!
Leftover shell pasta creation mixed with Brussels sprouts and sliced sausage, covered with Alfredo sauce, along with a few Burger King chicken nuggets.
Salad greens with carrots, green onions, avocado, shrimp, grilled chicken and a boiled egg. Topped with fresh Parmesan cheese, croutons and Caesar dressing.
My eight year old wants to make dinner tonight. He is making naan pizza. Knowing him toppings will be either salami or pepperoni. This should be fun!
