Gluten Free Chicken Nuggets and tater tots. Trying to get rid of food fridge and freezer, by eating it before I leave tomorrow.

Grilled burgers; potatoes roasted with garlic, onions, and olive oil; brussel sprouts sautéed in butter with lemon zest and an onion blend; potato rolls; and unsweetened iced tea to drink. Dessert is carrot cake.

One of my grands has asked me to make beignets while she is here, so I bought a new fryer today.

Dinner tonight I tried it out with:

Fried Mushrooms, Fried Cheese Sticks, Fried Chicken Strips.

It works really well.

Sunday night will be Texas Roadhouse. I always get the chili topped with red onion and shredded cheddar cheese, and I get a side of mashed potatoes with brown gravy. DS will get chili and a loaded sweet potato. Honey yeast rolls with cinnamon butter. For dessert...Braum's hot fudge sundaes with peppermint chocolate chip ice cream. In case I forget, Happy Thanksgiving to everybody. If you're traveling, be safe!
