We are having roasted chicken breasts, grilled veggies and a green salad. I am trying to scrap the drippings off the bottom of the pan after roasting the chicken or maybe just frying them so I will have some drippings for turkey day gravy. That is the problem with a deep fried turkey, no gravy.

I've got a strip steak roast with a nice fat cap on it. Am going to tuck some garlic slivers under the fat and roast it so it bastes itself in garlicky glory, make some pan dripping sauce, and serving with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli with lemon butter.
