The baking season has started for me so nothing but fast ,yet healthy and easy food for us..
Tonight potato and fresh fenugreek curry with chapatis,plain yogurt,lassi and for dessert a clementine or 1/2 a pink grapefruit
For us it will be Saturday. So MIl just changed my well laid and purchased plans. Auburn/Alabama game and bar food. I am foaming at the mouth like cheap beer!
So it be:
wings
smoked ham sliders (bake and press the buns with a bit of butter first)
shrimp
deviled eggs
hard chorizo
potatoe salad
mini quiches
meat balls
chips/dips
sliced fruit
cookies/nuts
Every TV in the house and on the porch going, every cell phone ringing, ... We shall survive.
Meatballs simmered in a cranberry-bbq sauce, buttered noodles, sautéed spinach with garlic, potato rolls, and unsweetened iced tea to drink.
