company is left, they are on their way to KY, we are tired and just want to keep it simple: I took a small piece of salmon out of the freezer, we have a little piece of chicken left over from Monday night, plus left over cauliflower, squash and mashed potatoes. I am going to mix them all together plus make a small green salad. It is nice to have peace and quiet; when 2 people are our home that both talk more than I do, it can get very hectic and it did.
I'm going to a wine tasting and appetizer promotion in Beverly Hills (it's sponsored by our law firm) with some colleagues from the office: I'm going to stuff myself with brie, shrimp, crab and raw oysters. The family is on their own for dinner tonight! I can sample all the wine I want as well because I'm being driven home.

Same salad as lunch (only better now) Boston lettuce, baby spinach and rocket greens with some sweet lovely Ohio tomatoes. Sugar and spice sweet Ohio corn grilled with herbed butter.
