Hard boiled egg, apple and cooked turkey meat with egg noodles. I'll probably pay for it later, lol.

Fresh rainbow trout with rice and plantain for me.
Pork souvlaki on pita with tzatziki for my son. He won't eat fish. Or shrimp. Or lobster. Or crab, or anything that comes out of the water, except duck.

Haven't had this since I was 12 so I bought a box of oven fry chicken (similar to shake and bake but crispier coating) I used boneless skinless breasts. I also made roasted potatoes seasoned with garlic and onion powder, chili powder and a touch of kosher salt. We are also having peas and carrots.

Been too tired to cook much lately because of a busy physical therapy schedule & recovery from all that exercise! But making a garbanzo bean soup right now, and the house smells of onions, garlic, tomato, and rosemary. Just a few more minutes of simmering ....

I was a slacker tonight. I made scalloped potatoes with half milk and half broth (ran out of milk) it was pretty good, and saved a few calories. We had a slice of ham with it.
