We took friends out for lunch to Longhorn Steakhouse (they took care of our cats while we were out of town).
In light of the big lunch we had supper is going to be Tomato Soup and Cheese Toasties.
I have a strange craving for rice and gravy but I really don't feel like making a protein to go with it. I pulled a jar of chili out of the freezer hoping that it will satisfy the craving.

We had a version of surf and turf...we had a marinated strip steak left over from last night (uncooked...we marinated too much). Not enough meat for both of us, so we marinated 4 large shrimp in tequila,garlic, siracha, honey and lime. Grilled all of it and served with corn on the cob. oooh baby....
