Had another chicken caesar salad and it was good. Too much beef lately and enjoying the change of pace..I wash and spin the Romaine until it's real dry that way it stays well in the fridge for a while; although i don't think it's gonna last long as I'll be taking for lunch tomorrow.
Also keep the chicken and dressing separate and add as needed..
Spaghetti with Marinara sauce (lots of garlic, fresh basil and parsley) topped with Parmesan and Romano cheeses. Veggies: raw broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with a smidgen of Ranch dressing for dipping.
another busy day (bridge) and spoiled brat will be sitting with 5 dogs tonight so I have to have an early dinner: just took some chicken soup out of the freezer, I will stick it in a crock pot to heat all day and have some Texas toast with it plus fresh fruit and cheese.

It's quite possible I will make for tonight a big pot of green lentil soup and with it chapatis, yogurt with chives and green chili and sour lemon water to drink. For dessert more mangoes, they are ripening now too fast in this heat.
Baby back ribs are on their way to the smoker, mini meatballs with pepper salsa and sour cream, salad with whatever the garden provides today, garlic bread. Margaritas, bier, water. Desert - maybe coconut pie (I will cheat with Bisquick).
Does anyone have the recipe for DYI Bisquick please?
