Friday night lazy dinner of Gumbo mix from a box with fresh shrimp. I did have to peel the shrimp and it was very taxing. LOL

Got a large cheese pizza from our favorite place and then made my slices the way i like em. I get a plain cheese pizza from a good place (the dough is good and thin crust) then add my own toppings after. Tonight i added mushrooms, onions, canadian bacon, then topped off with some evoo, garlic powder, oregano, s/p and threw the slices in the oven at high heat for like 5 minutes then under the broiler for a couple..I'm full and TGIF!


I micro the onions and other toppings for a minute before adding to the pizza and putting in the oven.
