So far we have had thin sliced tomatoes and onions in Italian dressing with sliced chicken tossed in for fun.
Later I'll make a couple of hamburgers because I've got ground beef that needs to be cooked before we leave for the weekend.
I'll add the last of the cottage cheese if we have any left, add some applesauce and steamed vegetables and Vanilla Frozen Yogurt for dessert.
I will also be finishing up making the dozens of Pizzelle Cookies I have left to make in various flavors and in between making the cookies I will make fresh popcorn with melted butter and a wee bit of kosher salt.
country style pork ribs done in the crockpot, rice, and the last of the season local asparagus. Sea salt caramel gelato with cookie crumbles for dessert.
Sushi: Salmon, avocado & cucumber & california roll made with cod ( meaning not real crab) and a large glass of water.
