Tonight was at Saltgrass with mother. I had a sirloin steak (medium), baked potato (sour cream, butter, chives, bacon, and cheddar cheese), house salad (ranch, croutons), Shiner Bock bread, and iced tea.

And peach cobbler for dessert!

I had what was left of the Costco chicken Alfredo. I added some broccoli florets to it.

Chilled antipasto salad with olives, sweet grape tomatoes and slivered salami, blended with tender spinach cheese tortellinis.

Ice water and lemon in a chilled Mason jar.

Grilled Ham Steak with corn on the cob and asparagus tips. Cooked it all on the grill to avoid heating up the house.

I ended up having Tacos (I had leftover tacos for breakfast)

Tonight I'm not sure, I will wait and see if my Husband gets home tonight. If he does it is fried potatoes, eggs and toast.
If not I would bet it is going to be Tacos.

Tonight we will have a vegetable soup and bread slices baked in the oven with butter, Parmesan cheese and red and black pepper. For dessert left over rice pudding mixed with whipping cream and mashed strawberries and a shot of Grand Marnier
