Dinner is already done! The aroma of garlic woke me at like 6 this morning. My mom making a staple here; sweet and hot sausages with red and green peppers, onions, garlic, s/p, evoo.. This meal is made at least once every couple of weeks as it's delicious, easy on the wallet and will use for lunches during the week. I just counted em, 15 sausages lol..and a separate pan of the onions and peppers.

I'll be eating a nice sub in a few hours! Thanks Ma! Your the best!

And i cut up a large sirloin steak (almost 2 pounds) and made into tips, that i promptly placed into zip lock
bag with caribbean jerk marinade. Tuesday's dinner. Enjoy ur Sunday all!

We are back to normal I think: dinner is grilled tenderloin, grilled veggies and a big green salad with home made blue cheese dressing.
