We had Cincinatti Chili served over raw, shredded cabbage. We garnished the chili with chopped onions, and avocado. We are Paleo, hence the cabbage instead of the traditional noodles.

Made sauce with meatballs Monday. Last day before freezing the remainder (had pasta monday, tuesday, eggs last night).

So tonight I bought some rolls and made meatball subs. Assembled them, put some mozzarella on top, baked em for a few minutes. Yum!

Tomorrow morning the rest all goes into the freezer.
