I cooked corn bread, pinto beans and had one Vidalia onion left. But what I have wanted for weeks now, a banana pudding. No pudding mix, I make my pudding from scratch, use only Nilla Vanilla wafers then top it with fluffy meringue. I might just eat banana pudding tonight.

Went to make a tuna casserole and realized I didn't have any cream of anything soup, so started making a bechamel, then decided to use up some chicken stock and it turned into a veloute, and then the noodles were done and I tasted the sauce and thought it would make a great creamy chicken & veg noodle soup, so that's what it became. I'll save the tuna for sandwiches tomorrow.
