Grilled garlic shrimp and rice. No, the rice isn't going to be grilled!!! Also, spoiled brats favorite salad: just spinach or romaine, parmisan cheese, bacon bits, crutons and a simple oil and lemon juice dressing.

Tonight we are having grilled salmon with a bourbon/brown sugar glaze. Aldi had some beautiful asparagus on sale so we will have that too. Maybe some nice fried rice on the side. MMM I am hungry already!

Minute steak stacks with herbed anchovy butter, roasted veggies and ice cream sliders. I'm dying for some mashed potatoes but I gave them up for Lent!
