Ham, some kind of potatoes with cheese, a green veggy dish I haven't decided on yet, and a dessert that is still a mystery. I am still on the fence about appetizers, too. I need to get serious!

I don't have the answer to that, but several of our closest friends are practicing Jews and they eat ham. Interesting! I am sure it is a personal belief.

Practicing Jews that eat ham is an oxymoron.

Well, it is not my business to judge what they eat.

But I have an extra corned beef in the freezer that I picked up around St Patrick's day and I might just cook that up....it's kind of ham-like. I wonder if it would go with our colored eggs, though.
Sounds good to me.

im definitely going to bring some coquito. im concerned though that these jews have never had a beverage like this and arent aware that you are only supposed to drink a few ounces or so at a time. they may go crazy and drink too much of it. im gonna need some big glass containers.

If they keep kosher OR keeping kosher for Passover, then you shouldn't bring that into their home. It's made with milk, and it can't be served with meat, or kept in the same refrigerator as meat.

If they're not keeping kosher for passover, AND they don't keep kosher in general, then all bets are off
