learned how to make a favorite dish- glass (bean thread) noodles with wood ear mushrooms, egg and ground chicken- tonight heated up leftovers and added stir fried snow peas- it was a success!!!!
I can see I will be making this alot (maybe tommorrow night, with shrimp- I have some uncooked noodles and mushrooms left in the fridge)...
Please don't judge me. (1) It's been THAT kind of day. (2) I won't have dessert.
