Our daughter is out of town so we are having our sil over for dinner. Spoiled brat just put the ribs on using our new smoker. Of course he isn't sure he has it together 100% correctly and the chips I got were pellets instead. The booklet says do not us pellets. Heck I didn't even know there was a difference. We are also have a pasta salad and roasted asparagus. We will make sure to give sil a couple of drinks before dinner so it the ribs are awful he won't know the difference.

Tonight it will be grilled porkchops, grilled asparagus and tortellini and tomato salad. It is such a beautiful day, we want to spend as much time outdoors as possible!
