Tonight we are having Creole fire wings with a sweet garlic sauce, risotto w. 3 cheeses, roasted zucchini and corn, a pitcher of Moscow Mules; and pineapple-upside down cupcakes for dessert.

We got into Newark NJ @ around 6 am this morning from Agaudilla PR...As the Limo service guy pulled into our street, my wife said, 'Luke, that looks like Travis' car (one of my younger brothers) leaving our neighborhood...he checks in on the place when we are away.
We open the front door, fresh cut dafodils on the side table, a note on the fridge..'Enjoy!'
He left a loaf of French bread, Orange juice, eggs, and a ham steak for breakfast fare,
In the fridge were two lovely petite Filet Mignons, some Black Bean, corn and green pepper salad, and a roll of his famous homemade Mâitre d'hôtel butter wrapped in parchment..he uses different fresh herbs each time, this one smell like Basil.
About a 1/2 hour ago, I went out back after a jet lag nap to fill the bird feeder, and found the small Weber grill all prepped with charcoal.
My wife found a bottle of Freixenet Champagne lying next to the steaks in the fridge.
I love that guy...
We always do this for each other, when one of us travels...but he went beyond the call of duty today.
Dude I like how you roll!!!! Hope you had a good trip.

For you Vegans, it is a delight.. there a very large and flourishing Vegan community in Rincón.
