I don't think those calories sound accurate either, but at this point if a recipe makes me like fish, I'll worry about calorie counting later! I'll be making the recipe with 2 pieces of fish, so only a half stick of butter (405 calories). In fact, maybe I'll decide it needs more butter when I'm making it.

Half of a Rotisserie Chicken from the grocery store.

A package of frozen veggies that were on sale for a dollar and were surprisingly good. 7 minutes in the microwave. It was Green Giant Steamers Garden Vegetable Medley and it had roasted potatoes, sugar snap peas, red peppers and garden herbs.

Poland Spring water.

And 2 mandarins afterwards.
