I did buy a nice one the other day, but that is the exception.
Oh right... Silly me. I forgot that you live in "Pear-adise".

Piece of organic rotisserie chicken. Almost choked the life out of myself on it, so those few bites will have to hold me over.

Lol on that pic! Was the chicken too tough to chew or was the flavor bad? Anyways, glad you are OK now!

Just so happens I bought a value pack of chicken at the store yesterday, so it will be my dinner the next few days:

Chicken soft tacos. Drank Modelo Negra beer.

It was great. I wish I could blame anything other than just being so tired, I inhaled instead of swallowed. I'm fine, Chess, thank you.

Haven't had tacos in a while... going to have to make them soon. I even make my own tortillas. Enjoy!

Looks like tonight is the perfect night for a pork loin roast, sweet potatoes and a nice cold slaw salad.

I did make a tater tot casserole last night. It was interesting. I will say my twelve year old inhaled it. When I was saying at the table that had never tried it before he was like "What you never had Midwestern food before?" I had to say I guess not!

Tonight we are grilling up some beautiful strip steaks. We will have baked potatoes and tarragon carrots with them.
