Chicken thighs: with all the talk about air fryers, I think I will try doing them in the air fryer. We are also having sweet potatoes and sauteed zuc squash.

I am continuing my 3. week of baking.This week it will be some more Christmas cookies and a few Baumkuchen (8 to 13 layered cake with rum and decorated with rum icing,chocolate shavings or chocolate chips)
So my house is once again a symphony hall with floating cookies and cakes
Tonight potato and green bean curry with chapatis,onion and tomato salad and lassi to drink.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
