8 cloves of garlic minced

I pureed the above ingredients to thick past like consistency. Then after poking holes in the roast I rubbed it down with the mix. Baked in oven @325 for 3.5 hours and about to serve with yellow rice and black beans.
Thinking of boiling up a couple of lobster tails. They are not fresh (frozen). Not the best, but better than nothing
