In regards to American accents, I find the nice "Southern gentlemen" accent to be very attractive.

I think my favorites are Philadelphia, followed by Boston. The guys on Car Talk have great accents IMO. They have a slight british quality that I like. I'm not crazy about Midwest accents, especially Minnesota's. They can sound very folksy and provincial. I'm also not a fan of Canadian accents for the same reason. Pittsburgh's accent is intriguing, but I'm not sure I can say I like it.

Ay mami, I love those curvy bodies on 'em.

To me the NYC accent (and to a lesser extent Boston) conveys a sassy attitude that says "I don't take no sh1t from anyone". It just makes them sound like no-BS women, which I LOVE. It's got a bit of a gangster quality to it. Plus, it sounds even better in bed when they command you to do stuff to them.

I love hearing girls from NYC with that thick accent. It just exudes a strong personality, which comes off in many cases as a strong sexuality.
