The discussion is between you (they are legal and become legal residents) and I (there is no legality involved at all, they are still illegal immigrants), Olecap; but nice attempt at creating a strawman.

DACA was not done through Executive Power, it was done through DHS policy (this shows you have no clue or understanding of what you discuss).

Shove it? Ignorance won't help you.

Funny, if you read the entirety of the Paper from Yoo, he calls them illegal immigrants through out it. WAFM
There is no place in the Yoo paper where the DREAMIES are referred to as illegal immigrants. He uses that descriptor for the entire population of illegal immigrants but not for the DREAMIES.

The Administration has used “prosecutorial discretion” most aggressively in the area of immigration. Of these, the most notable was the Obama Administration’s June 15, 2012 decision not to enforce the removal provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”)10 against an estimated population of 800,000 to 1.76 million aliens illegally present in the United States.11 By taking this step, the Obama Administration effectively wrote into law “the DREAM Act,”12 whose passage has so far failed.13
