Because you just said you had to in order to catch the 6:52 ride.
I said if I wanted to continue catching the train I would have to catch the 6:52am train to get their by 8:15am. And to do that I would need to wake up a half hour earlier at 5:30am when I'm in the process of training my body to get up at 6am.
I can still wake up the same time, 6am, but i would have to catch the 6:52 train and I strongly believe I would not be out the door by 6:45am. So in order to catch the 6:52 train I would need to wake up at 5:30am and I don;t want to do that.
The subway express train will get me to the bus that takes me to my job at 7:30am and I would get there around 7:50am. So that new start time on Mondays, 8:15am, gave me no choice but to catch the subway on Monday mornings.
What you said ^^^^^^^^^

so what's your point? i said the subway is the better option on monday mornings because it's faster and runs more frequent
You're whining about having to get up at 5:30 to get to work. Have you ever had a job that wasn't a 9 to 5 job? Or you had to change shifts weekly? Strangely enough I've never had a job with 9 to 5 hours.
And you're contradicting yourself. Which is really my point.

the earliest I ever had to be to a job is 8am. I don't think I would take a job that started at 7am

You would have to wake up at 5:30 to catch a 6:52 train? You need almost an hour and a half to get ready for work and you're a guy? What do you do? Everyone's different with how much time it takes them in the morning, but it usually takes me 30 to 40 minutes to shower, dress, blow dry and straighten or curl my hair, put on some make-up, eat a banana or bagel and leave. Usually it takes girls longer to get ready, but not guys.

You know I'm thinking now, if I just WALK to the train station from my apt which is about 10-12 mins, I think I can catch that 6:52am train. So that would mean I need to be out the house by 6:35am.
I will give it a try on monday and see how I make it. See I normally catch a bus to the train because i don't feel like walking early in the morning. So i;m on the bus for 3 mins and then walk in the station to catch the train.
