But I don't agree with those who named Matt Damon, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, and I SURE don't agree at all with the one who named Stallone!!!
Jack Nicholson
Ben Stiller
Chevy Chase
Will Ferrell
Adam Sandler
Danny Glover
Mike Myers (other than as Shrek)
As for actresses, I used to categorically dislike Meryl Streep but after watching 'Doubt' I've revised my opinion. She was absolutely perfect in that film and I can't imagine any other actress who could have played that part quite so well.

I was never big on Streep either, but loved her in "Devil wear's Prada"
Other's I find hard to watch:
Segal
Richard Gere
Bill Murray
While I realize someone made the point the OP asked for actors ... the only one I despise is a female and that's Penelope Cruz, she is a man stealing hussy. Every time she is in a movie she makes out with the main man and ruins his relationships ... okay yeah the man should be blamed too, but I don't care HUSSY!
I won't waste time listing the most obvious no-talent hacks like Reeves or comedians who do movies (who I don't really consider actors) - and unlike some I can separate an actor's personal life/beliefs/etc from their work (eg Cruise, who might be a loon but sorry he CAN act) - that said, I hate
Drew Barrymore
Ben Affleck
Richard Gere
Sharon Stone
Halle Barry
Tom Cruise is the same in every movie. He plays Tom Cruise.
