Yes lower - won't be able to sign until closer to the move in date, which is like late september i think.

Yeah, its ok to wait for lease at Commons when you are not under pressure to move out or if your lease is up at current place.

The forum has been quiet for few days and wondering why. If you have new updates such as leasing or move-in dates, please share it with all of us. Lets continue talking and sharing our experiences to make this waiting process a smooth one!

We were provided floor plans in the commons building. Every floor has a different move in date. They have not finished the building yet. The higher the floor the longer your move in date will be pushed back. FYI the two bedrooms are really spacious.

Did they mention to you when they expect the building to be finished or at least start the first move-in dates. Yes, the higher the floor, the later you move in. The top floors in Crossings building are still not occupied, as they are still working on the construction to my best knowledge.

They are pushing to finish construction by the winter. I believe the 30th floor has a move in date of December, which is the highest floor in the building. I am assuming that's the goal to finish by December.

The lower floors have expected move in date in mid August, the last time I heard, not sure about upper floors, though. There are 37 floors in Commons building and 32 floors in Crossings.

They told me 30 floors of apartments. I am assuming the other 7 floors is the garden roof top, the lounge, the BBQ area etc.

Oh, I see. I just know that in total Commons has 37 floors. What floor are you expecting your apartment and how has it been so far for you?
