I'm applying for a 2 bedroom as well! I feel like we are the last ones on MHANY'S list. I haven't even seen them posted for market rates. I just resubmitted documents as well...
Yay. I think the 2 bedrooms are actually on the higher floors cause I haven't even seen any available for market rate for the lower floors. I guess it's our turn now.
Manhola, it's a form you sign with your work info that they physically mail to your job (or whereever your paychecks are processed are from if your company outsources). My HR department came up to me and said Mhany sent us this letter on behalf of you and it was what I signed and they had to fill in hours worked, salary, etc. And then mail or fax it back to the management company.
Got it, understandable.
It will take a while ladies and gents. I got news that all the construction including the rooftop deck will be completed by the summer, which I have a feeling all of this will be done before that.
Lol. This process has me all in my feelings. One minute I'm swooning over the apartments n obsessing n the next I'm like to hell w this. N then I'm back to obsessing again. Lol.

Same here!! And I was happy for the snow day but sad thinking MHANY has the day off!! Lol... this is sad lol
Aquarius37 what's weird is that they asked me to bring a job verification letter from the start of my interview. Maybe because I am Municipal. I am not sure, but this is weird that it is taking this long. The worst that can happen is that they calculate people at a higher bracket then should be.
