This process will take longer than usual because the higher floors are still under construction. At least 80 to 100 apartments available.. total guess though.

Hey there! Just wondering if you think the units that are finished are already occupied? I got the call (on the 3rd) from MHANY saying I was approved & that the building would contact me within 2 weeks. Just trying to get a feel for how long the rest of this will take. :-)

I think I'm also going to be really nervous until my lease is signed. I'm assuming you guys have been through that so...

Congrats! Same process for me. In almost exactly two weeks I got the call to sign my lease. I had to ask to delay a week, so I could get my deposit and rent money together. It's quick here on out!

P.S. Definitely not all finished units are occupied. I asked at my lease signing. As of then, the majority of the units did not have residents. (Not to say they weren't yet taken.)

The building now has temporary certificates of occupancy for all floors. I'm guessing lots of calls/emails (I got both) will be going out now. Best of luck everyone!

I'd be shocked if you didn't get one.

Some not all are occupied. And congrats. You should get a call within, 1-2 weeks.
