Affidavits basically means more documents will now be sent to HDC. silly process since it has been dragged out.

So it's just like a permission to send it?? It's such a crazy process and everyone is so secretive... We will see what they tell me today. Maybe the can give me an update on my income band or something...

come on people hurry up and sign those lease, the building is lonely.. I hope i dont get any crazy neighbors.. So far i think a lot of Disability Units are being filled, some older couples, young black, white, Asian couples, I havent seen any kids yet.. hmmm
