Yea but those buildings were whole separate lotteries that happened years before 1 bell and 1-2 Blue slip went up. Eagle + west was all the same lottery and was separated by AMI.

It’s the same idea, though. 27 eagle is the shorter building with the lower Ami (with the higher Ami in the towers) just like 7 bell slip is the shorter building with the lower ami (with the higher Ami in the tower), and 33 eagle is the shorter building with the lower Ami (with the higher Ami going in the tower under construction) etc. etc. It applies to all the luxury towers at Greenpoint Landing. Hope that makes sense

I really like the structure of their website for the floorplans availability. I live directly across the water from this building as I see them do the finishing touches to it. https://tower77bk.com/availability/

How's the transportation in this area? it seems like the nearest train is a bit of a hike...

Both the 7 and the G are a bit of a hike. The b43 picks up right next to that building, though.

THIS! The building looks really nice but lack of transportation is a big issue for me.

Thanks! I've done the bus to train commute in the past, it's not ideal but can be doable. I guess if they call me I'd try it out to see if it's a deal breaker or not

Same here! i guess I'm a bit spoiled because my commute now is 15 minutes or less and I'm not familiar with that area. I definitely don't need an extra stressor via commuting added to my daily life!

I live over here and yea the transport really sucks and it’s going to be terrible this winter. It takes me one hour to get to work in Manhattan…
