Nevermind Emulator..I found it ! I seem to have a bad habit of always ending up sending my application out late. I've already sent out the request for the application and im making sure to send it out EARLY !!

My heart is in River Place II..but I need to keep my options open ! Dont wanna be left without a seat when the music stops !! LOL !

congrats mocha! maybe well be neighbors. still waiting for a reply... i was wondering about the w42nd apartments building. whats been great about this whole experience with river place is that even if i dont get in, i know exactly what paper work to bring in for future interviews and how to calculate my income to see whether or not i fall within the income bracket making for smooth interviews and time saved in the future. and even if you dont get in youre put on the waiting list for 30 years. in the end nothing is lost only gained.

EXACTLY thats how you gotta think !! As tough as these things can be you have to find a way to stay positive and see things all the way through. I've been staying positive for a while and several great things have come my way..this apt would just be the icing on the cake !! ! I refuse to dwell on anything negative...

You can always check the HPD (NYC Housing Preservation Development) and HDC (NYC Housing Development Corporation) for information on low income housing.
