hey guys, i just finished most of the steps now, im waiting on my job to veritfy my employment. my interviewer told me they are trying to secure an apartment for me, just get them that paper. i meet the 24g income, been working at my job for a year, and i am a college grad. to be honest i dont really care about this development too much. i just want a place to stay. but i'll keep you guys posted. heres some suggestions for new applicants in the future: dont volunteer any extra information. make sure you meet income and HOUSEHOLD REQUIREMENTS. be prepared to WRITE AND NOTIZE LETTERS! bring taxes and w2, and if you have a big bank account, exclude it...or try to. hope this helps. p.s does race factor into their decisions? just wondering.
No..from what Mochanyc said when she went to orientation she said it was a pretty mixed group. Kinda odd they said they're trying to secure you an apt and everyone else go the same "nothing is guaranteed speech"
lol wish i could. has anyone else besides the girl heard back from them. honestly im not holdig my breathe they seem to ......
Nope. Theres a couple of us that are sort of just up in the air so to speak. Im stuck in between steps 2 and 3..its been way too long so I havent been denied because of anything or I would have been sent a letter in the mail by now stating so. So im just kind of waiting. I called them up the other day so check up on my status and all she told me was that someone would call or email me the next step..that was yesterday. I dont want to be the nagging person thats always calling asking about their status every single day..but after a while its like ok tell me something.
Hi i just got a letter for an interview for one of the appartments in riverplace. i feel pretty good about the interview because i never really had an appartment before it was always off the books i guess you can say. But my only scare is i owe $2,700.00 in bad credit. I know its not bad but will the prevent me not going to the next stage?
