I was just wondering, do Masaryk tenants have access to the new Nike basketball court they built? Or is that just invite-only?

I'm not sure what the status of that is now - I know it was supposed to be invite-only the first few months but then open to others to join but not sure if that has happened. On another note, the coop just revoked the lease of the organization operating the pool ...

Ok Thank You.

I was wondering, from the deadline date to apply for the 2bedroom List. How long after did it take for them to start calling off the list?

I don't know but I submitted my 2bedroom application March 2010. Sent money order in July. In January 2012 the number was 120. So that gives you a bit of an idea

So I called and they said the waiting lists havent been made yet, she said there are SO many applications. She said if you are not eligible but sent in your $ order, then you will get notification. If you are eligible, you will be put on the list but no notification sent.
I will give it some time, and call back hoping the list is done by then

Thanks for sharing Meli
I takes them some time to put the list together. You have a great number I would be anxious too. My number for the 2 bedroom is 1100's now that I'm about 300 numbers to go I call the office once a month I'm in an overcrowded situation so getting this apartment would be life changing!
If you move first please let us the details.
