Not surprised! I never got anything when I applied in 2010. I finally called and they said I was on the list.

I'm #200 or sth. in the 3BR list but I think that 3BR list barely moves compared to 1 and 2BRs. Anyone BTDT? How long it took you to be able to move in from wait list of 3BR? TYIA

Hi My Own Place,

I totally feel old after reading your message. I had to decipher your message.
200 ish is a good number to have. You need to be patient I know its easier said then done! Its really hard to determine how long the wait is. For example I applied in 2010 for a 2 bedroom my number is in the 1100's. The current number on the list is 712 as of the end of May. So it might be a while.

Thanks Wanting_to_move. At that rate I guess it will be about 3-4 years wait, give or take. 3BRs probably appeal quite a bit to the current inhabitants as well, I hear they come with a terrace.

I also wondered, if I wanted to downgrade and switch from 3BR wait list to 2BR one, could it be done?

Good question I'm not sure but I don't think so since they opened the 3 bedroom list this year and the 2 bedroom in 2010. They probably will tell you that you have to wait until it opens up again.

Some apartments gave terraces not all and the price increases for those that have terraces.

The best thing would be to call the office. If you do please share with us.

I called the office yesterday and they said it will still be a few more weeks until they can give us info on 1 bedroom & 3 bedroom lists.

I don't think that the list has been created yet.
Read the thread I've posted that information before.
