Who's the judge that sentenced this guy 5 years for attempted murder?
I have so many questions regarding our broken criminal justice system, Nycha lack of security, the criteria used for releasing violent offenders, our homeless shelters used as default mental health facilities and why wasn't this guy committed when he showed so many red flags?
Hopefully this guy gets killed in jail by an immate.
Most likely he's in Protective Custody.
