Parole bigs were warned ‘Brooklyn Ripper’ was dangerous | New York Post

"Parole Bigs Warned "Brooklyn Ripper" Was Dangerous"

From the article:

"Daniel St. Hubert’s parole officer told cops she warned her bosses that the alleged kid killer was dangerous and needed to be in a mental hospital — but nothing was ever done, The Post has learned.

Officer Roxanne Marie, 60, cried uncontrollably when cops told her Wednesday night that he was arrested on charges of killing a little boy and stabbing his playmate in a Brooklyn elevator — and she told the detectives she feared he was out of his mind.

“I recommended that he be institutionalized,” Marie said, according to a source."

Heads will roll for this.

Funeral Held for 6 Year Brooklyn Boy Stabbed in Elevator as Suspect Sits in Jail

Hundreds of New Yorkers, some crying and others wearing photo-emblazoned T-shirts, gathered Friday to mourn the 6-year-old Brooklyn boy stabbed to death in a public housing project elevator as the man accused of murdering him and badly wounding his 7-year-old friend sat in a jail cell.

Living with his mother, then choking her out. Stabbing and killing young women and kids. Only one way to close his final chapter, terminate, then roll his carcass into the pine box.

Who's the judge that sentenced this guy 5 years for attempted murder?

I have so many questions regarding our broken criminal justice system, Nycha lack of security, the criteria used for releasing violent offenders, our homeless shelters used as default mental health facilities and why wasn't this guy committed when he showed so many red flags?
