It doesn't prove anything. The stats showing the arrest rates and the incarceration rates of people in rural White America would give far more information. Studies on it would give far more context.

Interesting that "percentages" (ie, rate), are acceptable to the left when that form of math would prove the point they want, but a simple majority is what they want so they can control the nation...

What would that prove? What is being questioned is whether or not do police go to trailer parks. Arrest and incarceration rates wouldn't prove whether the local police are responding to calls or not....they can get 911 calls for anything....

The arrest rate and the incarceration rate of Black Americans in inner cities is much higher than rural White Americans, for multiple reasons and anyone who denies is in denial.
For starters, please show me a place in rural white america that has the mortality rate of the South or West sides of Chicago. Or one of the other particularly bad cities in America.
Are there social pathologies in trailer parks? Yes. Are there a lot of addicts in them? Of course. Do they get locked up to the degree that poor inner city people do? No. Is the violent crime rate as bad? No.
The main reason why the crime rate is bad in certain inner cities is due to the LOW rate of EMPLOYMENT, easy access to welfare, lack of access to capital, and these factors have to do with with government policies and historic discrimination.
A white person from the trailer parks can also more easily move out than a person from the ghetto. Let's face it, ghetto people are a lot more stigmatized than rural people (not denying there's some stigma against rural people).
