My family and I are moving to Lordstown, we are looking for info on housing (good Area) we have two kids 3,and 17. What are the good area of town?

If you want a city, we don't have a nice one. There are parts of cities that are nice, but overall they aren't that great.

If you want a typical suburb with shopping, parks, and good schools look at Howland. Also has the most bang for the buck tax wise.

If you want to be out a little farther and still stay in a nice area you are more or less limited to Bazetta, Cortland, and Champion. Still very good schools, but less shopping and farther from a lot of things. If you don't like traffic or close neighbors think these three.

In Mahoning County, Canfield or Poland. More expensive. Higher taxes. Lots of shopping. Great schools.

Thank you all, we are looking suburb I like the cortland area. We can travel for shopping, just looking for somewhere nice. We currently live in a suburb of Detroit Mi nice area nice schools. ALso we enjoy Parks, fishing, camping hunting and the like

If those are you interests, Cortland would be perfect for you.
