First time I watched Jaws on big screen I was like 6 or 7. I couldn't get in the bath tub and take a bath for a week or so...

Ha, you know what's funny, my husband is still afraid of Jaws. We saw it a week ago and he didn't want to go swimming unless I was going out there.
I was laughing so hard, he sad he didn't sit down on the toilet for weeks after that and he couldn't take a bath either (when he was little of course). I think he was about the same age when he saw it.
I wanted to see it again to see Mass. ha ha I shouldn't have exposed the poor guy again. What was worse was our 14 year old girl was watching it with us and she was laughing at it and said it wasn't scary at all. ha ha ha
But he had that look on his face like he was reliving his childhood nightmare. Funny how things like that never totally leave us.

Jaws was the movie my husband and I saw on our first date. I was surprised we had a second date.

What is the funniest thing that happed to you on a date?

My hubby and I went to San Diego Zoo on our second date. I love Gorillas and that was the first place I wanted to go. This was before they enclosed the compound with solid glass and you could stand fairly close to them. There were about 50 Japanese tourist there with cameras flashing all over the place. I was fixated on the big silver back who was fixated on me. I thought it was awesome the way he was staring at me. I realized that all the tourists had moved way up the hill, along with my date. They were staring at me too. When I turned around the big silver back scooped up poop and flung it all over me. The cameras were all flashing again. We actually got to a third date.

You know what that means? He wanted you out there as a decoy!
During the wedding ceremony they say "till death do us part" right? Well....how much do you trust your man?

That is too funny. I didn't want to say it initially but I was the same way on the toilet (one cheek up and checking to see if there was anything down there that was coming up to take a bit out of my ....). I was a big chicken, perhaps still am but this is mainly because I was/am a horrible swimmer. I am more likely to try to punch the shark then try to swim away from it.
I am getting flashbacks from the TV show 6 million $ man...lol

If they put me in a zoo and bunch of people were flashing their cameras, taking my picture and going "ooooo" "aaaaa" at me, I would be flinging my poo at them as well!
I am personally against zoos or caging animals. Leave them alone in their own habitat, if anyone wants to see them that bad, they can go see them in their own location, at their own will and risk. Also, I am glad that tiger took a bite out of Roy...I just hope the poor animal doesn't get HIV or something....

I grew up in Chicago, and it took me years to get used to NOT hearing the sounds of trains and "streetcars" (1940's - 50's versiion of light rail). If I ever do win the lottery, I will be purchasing a nice abode somewhere near "downtown". . . . About the only thing I really dislike about Phoenix is the "suburban flavor" of most neighborhoods!

My husband and I had our first "date" at a Wal-Mart store, LOL! He was on his first visit to the USA from England and he really needed a quick fashion change. It was the end of July and I practically had to wrestle him out of the very thick, heavy jacket he was wearing in order to prevent heat stroke
