Well, outside of holding NYC hostage whenever their contract is up they provide substandard services and their refusal to uphold their end of the contract is galling. And it's not just the Sani-union. Unions breed lazyness and attitudes of entitlement. Do you really think that they sent out a memo? Of course not. They've been in the subversion game for a long time and they know better. That why it's so easy for the lazy to scream well prove it, because they know the higher ups covered the tracks.
Made public? Now THAT would be a mistake. They'd have to get protection if they did that. See, that's why they call them whistleblowers to protect them from retribution.
Usually they are kept under wraps for their own safety, but I guess these whistleblowers don't deserve that right.
