the CCP are volunteers. none are active law enforcement. a complaint among some of the birthers ( and even one CCP member ) is that sheriff joe hasn't advanced this to an official law enforcement investigation.
Don't be ridiculous. "Profiling" is the first step in law enforcement .. racial or otherwise. That's why witnesses are asked to describe the suspect ... so that they can look for someone fitting that description In the case of illegals coming across the southern border, it seems to me that common sense would demand that law enforcement not waste a lot of time and resources questioning blond haired blue eyed people with European accents ... but you apparently don't see the wisdom in that.

This is not a case of doubt ... or perhaps could be ... the evidence showed conclusive details of forgery.
