I would definitely take that which is completely metabolized and gone from my system in just an hour or two.
That rules out pot for sure because it remains in the system and causes it's effect long because it's gets stored up in the body. I'm not sure you can ever lose it's effects completely and I don't want to go through life with that "Oh wow" "Oh groovy" kind of look. Potheads never seem to lose that look.
The bottle of beer I had the night before however is completely out of my system the next morning.
That I can agree with. I favor decriminalization myself, but full legalization and control, like liquor, would keep it out of the hands of young people more often. And its easier to tax when its legal, not just decriminalized.

I do not favor taxation. Can't we have one chosen behavior that the gov't doesn't use to tax us? If people choose to use it medicinally thru a clinic, I suppose you can tax them at retail, otherwise, what has the state provided to earn that tax? Nada, you grew it, you harvested it, you fertilized it, so bugger off. If you want to give it away, or sell it and reap the rewards of your work, it's none of the states business.
I haven't touched a drop of hard liquor in over 25 years. That stuff is like poison to me. But drink it if you want, just don't get behind the wheel.
I'm for full legalization of marijuana. Putting people in jail for smoking this plant as well as drug testing which is really marijuana testing is wrong.
Right, the money we will save on the busts and imprisoning people for pot use, will more than make up for the taxes some want to put on this product.

If that's your biggest problem, grow them indoors. figure it out or have someone else grow it for you.
